host guidelines:
Do not give out the log in info
Do not mod or unmod anyone. this includes modding youself if you're a trial host. hosting does not entail an auto mod.
when hosting, use a reasonable decible if you are going to mic or play music. if you have a crapy crackly mic or sound card, just mute yourself. new ppl browsing the site, will almost 100% bounce and never come back if it's loud as shit and they cant/dont know how to mute it.
Do not stream any kind of network broadcasted shows. like major sporting events, or anything of that sort.
Do not do anything that people can flag us for and get us banned for. Its a pain in the ass lol
set the chat to public view, but members can only enter. this way you dont get the weird green icons.
If you choose to select "Everyone" then you allow for anons to come in, which is ok, but you should handle it as host lol. If hosting with "Everyone" option DO NOT KICK THE LITTLE WEIRD GREEN ICONS! they result from rehosting into a "everyone welcomed" room. Its a stickam glitch.
try and welcome new people. plz dont be catty
no streaming nudity or the host getting naked. BUT, if other ppl want to get naked, well that's on them lol :)
put up the URL in the caption to womenforasianmen.com
before hosting, always check to see if anyone is hosting
or if they have a "host me" in the caption feel free to force log
if it's hostless plz host
try to make your stay for host longer than 1 hour if possible (i know we all have things to do), it makes ppl have to re-
enter the chat etc

WHAT WE WANT/NEED AND WHAT WE DONT WANT/NEED
as it is we have 3000 host that host ttc.
very few of them actually host. i mean i know everyone has real lives to live so that's not a big deal. if you have time on your hands and are around a LOT that helps in deciding if you should/can host ttc.
general rule: if you bring the vibe and and are the type of person everyone likes and ppl dont hate you too much and you make it a BETTER chat than a hostless chat, then you are prime canidate to host. if anything consider host a chore and not so much a "priveledge"
WHAT WE DONT NEED:
1)power hungry people. ppl that want to host just to be able to kick someone, OR think they have some kinda liscense to talk shit to people or antagonize people.
2)people that host for 30 mins at a time, just to be like "hey look ma i'm hosting". the psychology of someone "coming" then "leaving" kinda creates a chain reaction of people leaving. like it was better off if you had never hosted. in general if you can bring MORE people in while hosting than having it hostless than by all means do it. if you host and there are like 8 people in chat and 46 lurkers over extended periods of time, you fail. we leave it up to numbers. i mean ok u will have your bad times etc, but over time, the numbers dont lie. again, if you can do better than a HOSTLESS chat (as funny as that sounds) then host.
3)infrequent people. there is no reason for you even ASKING to host if you do not come around enough. enuogh to know everyone/most ppl in the chat. it's not a thing to get your "shine on" then leave.

WHAT WE NEED:
1) people to bring a dead chat to life. meaning people will slowly start to trickle in simply by having a live human on cam. its weird i know. but that's how it is. if you only host a chat in full swing, that is reserved for the mods/hosts that have served paid their dues in making this chat fun.
