INFACT i'm going to go out on a limb and say tom morello is 65% of audioslave. i mean most people attribute the singer and the words melodies that make or break a band, and i would generally be in that school of thought too, but when it comes to tom morello HE TAKES OVER THE BAND. his shit is sooo steaming hot. he makes that fucking guitar SING. its sooo sooo rare that guitarists do that now a day. with all this fucking wack ass rock out there now a day, the shit just depresses me.

bro! are u serious? i mean i know both sets of bands very well, but audio slave just has more .....of that thing! u know. just wayyyyy better than what sound garden could offer. soundgarden had more of a tinnish average rockish sound to me. i dont dislike them, but they didn't really grab me. i mean...tom morello, c'mon! the man's a genius.

Dude, you actually grew up in the 90s (I was only a little boy during grunge), how can you say that? I'll rock out to Cochise sometimes, but Soundgarden > Audioslave.
